Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place flour on surface and rolling pin to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. Use a circle cookie cutter or a round glass to cut the dough. Place a tsp. of filling in the center of the circle. Roll and pinch dough together to make a pocket. Bake for 10-12 min. at 400 degrees. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top to serve.

Ingredients

Cream cheese 12oz.
Butter 1 lb.
Egg yolks 4
Flour 4 cups

Combine ingredients to create the kiffle dough. Refrigerate for a minimum of 24hours.

Oh My Pie Crumbs

Oh My Pie Crumbs

Ingredients

Sugar 1/3 Cup
Flour 3/4 Cup
Butter 6 TBSP

Mash ingredients together with a fork or crumb making tool. Place on top of your favorite pie filling and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 mins.

How to…

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread Flour on the surface, rolling pin, and cookie cutters to prevent sticking. Roll out dough into about a 1/4 inch thickness. Use any cookie cutters to create your desired shapes. Sprinkle decorating sugar on raw cookies. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake cookies for 8-10 mins at 400 degrees.

A Piece Cookie Dough

Ingredients

Margarine 1 lb.
Sugar 2 cups
Eggs 3
Baking Powder 1 tsp.
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp.
Vanilla 1/2 tsp.
Flour 5 cups

Combine ingredients to create the cookie dough. Refrigerate for a minimum of 24hours.
